A self funded, deeply personal film made as a donation. The opioid epidemic has swept our nation, preying on people regardless of status or background. The transition from injury to addiction to overdose is a tragically common narrative in modern American society. It is an issue that has gotten worse since the pandemic.

Filmed as a single unbroken shot with a probe lens, the extreme low angle allows towering pill bottles to illustrate the immense power opioids have over the lives of the addicted.
